Though this is a fantasy novel, Book 3 of Louisa Lo’s “Vengeance Demons†series, does not require one to suspend disbelief to enjoy her writing style. As the other books in the series, the actions in this story will pull you into the story so deeply that you almost forget it is pure fantasy. The book is one you will not want to put down once you start. It was a true page-turner and more importantly, as with the others, it was fun to read. Even though most of the primary characters are from the demon dimension, when it all comes down to it, they have the same foibles and flaws that humans possess.In both the “Vengeance Demon†series and her new “A Royal Apocalypse†series, Louisa Lo has shown she is a dedicated author who should be viewed as one of the top fantasy writers of our generation. We meet all the characters from past books as they come together to save Eldon and stop a war between The Council and The Grey. Will they be in time or will the society be forever changed.The thing I loved most about this story was the fact they we got to meet so many more characters in the Vengeance society. From goblins, leprechauns, fairy, elves to so many more. It made for a great and entertaining story. As they all come together to fight over the future of Eldon. They each of the races hang in limbo Eldon is the key to the answers. As Megan, Serfina, Gregory and a few more come together the action keeps getting better and better. Each character finds there future in the Vengeance world.Each book in this series keeps getting better and better. The action, angst, suspense, and friendship keeps this story moving. Can't wait to see what at future holds for Megan.I voluntarily read a copy of book for Kylie's Fiction Addiction.
