This is an amazing resource for anyone trying to increase their health. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the most important "rule of life" is to follow the seasons of the Earth in order to create a healthy body, mind, and spirit. This book helps you do just that. Not only does it explain the seasons from a TCM point of view, but tells you the foods to eat during the season and also gives you many recipes. This is a resource book that is important to use all year long. I haven't found another one quite like it and it is worth every penny plus more. As an acupuncturist, I've used it to help many patients and with great results. I am so grateful for Tracy's work in this world.

It went in detail to explain the different relationships between food energies, actions and movements. It was a great insight in understanding how changing what one eats in different seasons can help the mind and the body!!
