I am currently 25 and 195lbs. When I was 21 I was 135lbs and worked out constantly. Suddenly I began feeling tired, my brain became foggy, my mood dropped and my weight skyrocketed. I went to the doctor and found out that I had Hypothyroidism which was causing all of these problems. Even on medication I ended up being 210 lbs by the time I was 23. I didn't know what to do. I tried to work out, but I felt like I was a lost cause, a failure. My hypothyroidism combined with my weight caused arthritis and, as previously mentioned, I was tired all of the time. I thought that there was nothing I could do. If I couldn't lose the weight while on medication (which I was told, by my doctor, would make me as skinny as a model), then I would never lose it. To top it all off both my fiance and I lost our jobs. We moved 6 hours away from my hometown, my friends, my family, to stay with his family until we could get back on our feet. So, now I was heavy, depressed, and 6 hours from the only people I have ever loved and the only support network I have ever known.That was when I found Cassey on YouTube. I started following her videos (one a day) and bought her dvd. Never had I felt like a YouTube personality, fitness coach and stranger, cared so much for me and my well being. I actually cried during a workout. I was doing a move and was tiring quickly when she said, "I know it is hard, but keep going! You are worth it! You are so worth it and you deserve it!".I have lost 15lbs so far and plan on continuing to do so with Cassey as my guide. That is why I bought her book. I bought it to support her and to continue my journey.You wont regret buying this. Everything from the photos, to meal plans, to a personal note from Cassey is just beautiful. She and her team went above and beyond to make an absolutely wonderful product that will uplift you in ways that you have ever known possible. This book is an amazing investment. It is an investment in your happiness, your well being. If you ever fall off the wagon, it is right there with uplifting notes and a meal plan to get you back on track. Easy read love the pics she has a lot of great exercises in the book. I love her positive energy and her story. I also do her videos on line. I do her 1000 ab challenge every other day and I am 50 with a 6 pack :)

This book is a GREAT representation of Cassey Ho's infectious positivity and caring support!As seen on her Youtube channel (Blogilates), the fitness and well-being plan presented in Hot Body Year Round is great for women of all ages. A fantastic supplement to her flawless monthly fitness calendars, I use the book most when cooking and traveling. I love having the exercises on hand, even when the internet isn't available to me. Full color and great detail! I'm definitely a "Popster" for life! If you're on the fence about this purchase check out her website and Youtube channel! It won't take long to convince you of the value she'll add to your life.

Cassey Ho is my favorite online trainer. She is witty, funny, but oh so qualified to teach fitness at any level. She has a great series online that teaches good clean eats, and that's when I first found her. Very funny...she cracked me up, and she shared how to make healthy, yummy food. Since then, I have followed her and subscribe to her monthly exercise program. This book stays on my iPad for reference. She is very credible and encouraging.

I am still not sure... I have to reread the book but I wasn't sure if I had to do exercises once or twice depending on the seasons but I liked how each exercise was presented clearly and love the recipes. I do wish it is a spiral book or easier to lay flat so I can follow along instead of using my phone to bookmark as I did each exercise.

I'm a big fan of Cassey Ho so naturally I wanted to get her book. I LOVE it! The only confusing thing I could see for people new to pop pilates is the workout scheduler doesn't really match up to the workouts posted in each season. You have to flip flop thru the book and it would be nice if it said day 1 do work out #_____ and there is no "total body workout" in the book. Just something a little more defined BUT DONT! let something like that sway your decision. Cassey is great, this book motivates you, and when your on the go you can always bring this along! Love love love it! Ill be buying her video next!

I love Cassie! This is the best thing ever! It has a lot of NEW recipes in the book & gorgeous pictures. A must have for any Pop Pilates/Blogilates fan and anyone who needs a pep in their workouts!I love that she separated things by season. If you already have some of her food journals, everything will just go together with this book. It is a culmination of stuff she already already released somewhat (some of the pics in her food meals are the same) but I really adore this book.Her food ideas are FABULOUS. & easy to understand. Her workouts are HARD but worth it. Did I mention I love her? And I am a runner for crying out loud..
