Even if I wasn't a Christian I would I appreciate much of what the Archbishop wrote. His knack for making many personal points easy for any one to understand makes one feel all the better for reading the book.
Excellent book by Bishop Sheen. I've read several of his writings and this is one of my favorite. A message so important for today. Highly recommend.

Sheen at his best! The chapter on suffering is especially helpful to make sense of why we are given an opportunity to offer our sufferings for others. A book to read and re-read to truly get all Bishop Sheen has to offer.
This should be a required reading. His words are timeless and reach every person in their daily struggles. The writing style is perfect and easily understood.
